the feeling you have the day after you work out. I like feeling that slight ache in my muscles, reminding me that I did something and that something is happening to my body as a result. LOL I could have worded that better but you get the idea. I have done my fluidity work out and some abs work on a stability ball the past two days, and I can definately feel it.
Started two days ago, did my fluidity work out and got the excercise ball blown up. Need to find my weights but I think its very doable for me to work out at home. The holidays have messed up my schedule a bit but I am really looking forward to getting into a routine.
I dont have my gym membership any longer, and I wish I did. I am debating starting it again but I really dont want to add any more expenses right now. I am going to start doing something at home though. Today.
I should title this restart my excercise routine. I had started a program and was actuallly enjoying it for the first time in my life. I had/have an excercise partner who is great motivation. Switching from an 8 hour work day to a 12 hour work day and then going to the graveyard shift really messed me up. I am now on day shift again so I cant use that as an excuse but I am still recovering from an injury. I do want to regain the motivation I had previously, and know that I will enjoy this again once I get started.
I just changed schedules at work again so I am going to give myself a little bit of time to get adjusted and then start this. It is hard because I end up having to get all my workout time in during half the week. I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week and then an odd 8 hour shift every other week so on those days its harder to get to the gym, but I will do something at home. Need to do some elliptical, fluidity, bodypump and my new abs diet workout.
