Read it all the way through.
How to finish the bible
How I did it: I simply committed to reading one verse every night before I went to bed. Sometimes if it was interesting I would read a few more. But now that I'm done, I'm gonna read it again so it sinks in better L=

I can’t believe I read the whole thing! I’m so happy! It’s 100% worth doing. You feel great when you finish.
I said I would do this before I started college.
It didn’t happen. I have like 3 or 4 chapters- big chapters- left in the Old Testament.
I really want to say I have read the whole thing.
Maybe over Winter Break…

I like to read the bible cover to cover about once a year. It’s so easy because it is translated to english. You can even pick your favorite translation and I like the new international version. FYI the quran is in it’s original arabic and has never been changed from it’s original state not even one letter. But I use translations alongside the arabic to understand it. My dream is to read it in just arabic with no english cheater notes and full understanding… getting there. But I don’t understand something.. why do people read the bible so slow? I think the same people who read the bible in a year can read a similar length novel in a few weeks…
So apparently if you read three verses a night you can get it done in about a year… if I read one verse a night, I’ll be done in.. 3 years? =x
