NotCasey only 5 weeks til xmas vacation...
I made a delicious stir fry the other day, and I’m going to cook spaghetti tomorrow – a vegetarian one with a herb sauce. Ideally I’d like to learn how to cook about ten meals that are low in calories (like, under 500) and that I love and want to eat on a regular basis. So that by the time I move to L.A in early 2010, I know I can survive on my own – healthily!
