Brian can't get a break
I’ve been doing them four or five days a week for the last two weeks or so. A healthy start. I bought some of those push-up bars, which help a good deal. They inspire you to do them.

I need to start getting into shape by doing more than basic cardio. I’m not going to commit to weights at the gym, so instead, I’m going to do push-ups and sit-ups in my apartment every other day.
Since I have old wooden floors, I think I’m going to go purchase a large yoga mat so I don’t keep slipping (I tried this yesterday to much frustration).
A buddy of mine told me that tall, lanky people like me are not built to do a lot of push-ups. Maybe this is true, but either way, I can certainly benefit from the exercise.
I’m almost there, I just need the discipline to do them every day! Hopefully now I’ll be able to do it.
