How I did it: I keep all my dirty clothes in a hamper, as I'm sure many do, and then drag them downstairs to the creepy basement to wash them with soap and water..naturally! Read how I did it…

How I did it: the hanging clothes if probably the hardest part. And also, these days I don't really used the dryer, but hang clothes to dry, which in the winter means inside, from hooks we put up in the kitchen. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I finally walked into my laundry room (which is first floor, so really, this shouldn't have been complicated!) and just made it my goal to do at least ONE load a day. I'm now caught up with my laundry and have been for over a month! A WHOLE MONTH! This is such a huge thing for me...as I've never been caught up longer than a few days or even a week! I'm much happier and now I feel satisfaction that I can do this...and it hasn't taken over … Read how I did it…

It’s been a few months since every piece of clothing has been clean and not sitting on my floor in front of the washer. I hope I can get it all done and caught up completely very soon.
kaden what are you doing today?
tuesdays baby!! i finally do my friggin laundry on a schedule. Before it was just this big pile of clothes, anywhere from a week to two months old, then when i would run out of clothes to wear, it would be laundry day the day after.
Every weekend, the same thing happens. The clothes pile up throughout the week, and come Saturday my laundry basket is overflowing. Perhaps the fullness of my hamper is due to the fact that I put on and take off so many clothes all day. First I put on my uniform for school, then I get back and put on my clothes for sports, and then I put on lounging clothes. And everything goes in the laundry basket. I guess It would be smarter of me only to put the dirty clothes in the hamper… Oh, why am I still typing? I need to go do my laundry!!!!!
Sure, I know how to use the washing machine, use a dryer (or more recently, hang it to dry), fold the clothes, and put them in their proper places. What I can’t seem to accomplish, is all of those in one day or bring the whole process to fruition, which leaves me with piles of unwashed clothes, clothes in the washer, clothes left hanging for days, mounds of clean clothes to folded (and de-wrinkled), and piles of folded clothes sitting around on my dresser waiting to be put away.
