refinance my mortgage

Apparently, things are stuck because they can’t disburse the loan until the I get the key from the developer.

I’m somewhat annoyed because they assured me everything was hunky dory the last time we spoke. And now this..

I’m quite tired of the runaround they’re giving me and this might not happen after all. The girl in charge of my loan application said she’s gonna pull some strings. I am not expecting anything after the recent letdown.

If it’s meant to be, it’s not up to me. I’m picking my battles and I am opting out of this one.

.. I’ll know whether this can be marked “Done”. The process is quite laborious but anything worthwhile has never been easy (I think). Looking forward to some extra cash to reinvest and perhaps, a holiday somewhere soon.

I guess I first have to figure out some life questions first (such as how long we’re going to live in our present house), but I need to sit down and talk with my lender. I’m exploring a refi not because I’m in a housing crunch, but because I’m looking at rates dropping (I’m in a 30 yr fixed at 6%)...Can I do much better vs. the cost to refi???? I need time to sit and learn on this one…

just returning loan application for new second mortgage- first is ok for now. could lower the interest rate by 4%!! keep your fingers crossed i get approved!

I was trying to refinance my house for about 3 months to no avail, but recently a friend of mine told me to call this guy named Nick. Turns out that this guy was great! Finally somone i could trust and who answered their phone. I can’t tell you how frustrating some of these guys are! They either told me every story in the book, or simply never got back to me(unbelievable huh?)Well Nick wasn’t like those guys at all. He got back to me right away and kept me in loop throught my loan process. Nick was concerned about my best interested and gave me some sound financial advice.Call him @925-242-2226, You wont regret it! Well i hope i helped someone out there.

This helped a lot to put me into a better financial situation. You should certainly do this if you have equity that’s waiting to be utilized and credit card debt that’s piling up. I hope to never get into the situation again where I have to trade one type of debt for another.
