    I’ve been doing Karate since I was 14. I’m now a 3rd Kyu and its been one of the best decisions I’ve made to join such a sport.

    It has increased my fitness, confidence and social skills. Although I’m going to university in September 2009, I want to achieve a Black Belt by joining another Wado-Ryu based organisation, in order to progress further to reach 1st Dan Grade.

    I just got my 8th dregree black blet in karate. It is the hightest rank you can get in karate. It took me ten years to get it was a lot of hard work let me tell you. Im 23 now still doing it at a dojo and I teach it every saturday witch is realy fun because now the student now became the teacher
