This is something I have always wanted to do, so first goal is to get something published.
I went to Nepal a good few years ago and that would be a great place to start I guess but feel that you can write about somewhere local or mundane and still put a good ‘spin’ on it (anywhere is exotic to someone who hasn’t been there). So that is what I hope to do, take something commonplace to me, write about it and get it published. 10 months ago

I took a course in London and found out what makes good and bad travel writing. I started my own blog and also reading a lot of expat fiction and other blogs.
I have since run out of things to write about that are travel related, but I have explored the field. It is hard to get published, chances are slim, so for me it is not the right thing to focus on as a main job. I am still an active blogger and look forward to more trips to write about.
I still want to be a digital nomad who works and lives anywhere making a living from writing and making art. 11 months ago
