I got a wok for Christmas, so today I decided to try it out. I made beef with broccoli, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts with soy sauce. My mom is a very picky eater and she ate it without a complaint! It’s a little scary at first because the meat sizzles in the oil very loudly and you have to be careful not to splash it.
I’m definitely going to cook in my wok more often!

I love to cook, and I love to eat international dishes. Chinese is my absolute favorite, but everytime I search for a recipe, I have to buy most of the ingredients. My budget usually doesn’t allow it. So someday I will splurge and buy the ingredients!
