    I really dont have too much trouble trying out new things other than new foods i suppose. I really dont understand what scares me so much – if i dont like it isnt like i have to ever eat it again but i get so freaked out and hessitant when it comes to new foods. But i think i am doin much better than i use to—this past year i tried Chineese food (love it) for the first time and several types of fruit (strawberries, grapes, tangerines, canalope) – this year I am going to try atleast Indian Food and Sushi :D

    I really don’t think I have a huge problem with this, but I do admit that this is a challenge at times for me. I wouldn’t have added this as a goal even, except a respected friend told me that “they” saw this as a quality in me recently.

    I have been trying some new things with regard to technology. I have been trying to keep up my new sleep habits. I’m sure there are other things I’m not thinking of right now.

    I think of myself as an open-minded person, but evidently I need to become more open-minded when it comes to trying new things. So wish me luck!
