I think that while I will never have washboard abs, if I continue the 3 times a week yoga, my core strength and posture will improve. I already am sliding out of pants without a belt… so I’m definitely reducing the waist size, even though I don’t seem to be losing much weight. Yoga is slowly transforming my jelly into strength. It’s incredible the damage that years of sedentary office work can do! What would I look like right now if I hadn’t taken up yoga a year ago…I can’t even imagine! 17 months ago





















Inspiration and lowering my standards. Tell you the truth, I'm underweight but carry most of my weight in my stomach area. Now I'm trying to gain weight in other places. Do it for the hipbones (the healthy way).
