i walk to and from work and am on my feet for 5-6 hours a day for 4 days a week. i walk even further to and from my second job 5 days a week.
i think i should be doing more but i’m usually too exhausted to.

I always find it difficult to maintain a regular exercise routine. Though I understand the importance of staying healthy and fit, it surprises me that there’s always some excuse that breaks the routine. I would like to practice this for a week and see how it goes. I am adamant on making this work. If I can maintain this atleast 3 days in a week, I’d take it further and make it 5 days a week

walked to the gym while it’s snowing and jogged for 30 minutes.
if i go tomorrow, that makes it twice this week. so close. it’s better than none. hopefully next week will be better.

not sure what happened. it’s just been a very busy week. hopefully i can go jogging tomorrow, if we’re not going out. atleast i have saturday and sunday.

went jogging yesterday for 45 minutes and 25 minutes today so that makes my first week complete with 3 times!

on tuesday. it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. i didn’t lose my breath – just had some cramping.
i should go jogging again today, and that will make it 2 times this week.
Atleast if i do Pilate 20 minutes – 3 times a week
or Go to the gym
im doing that now every chance i get but i need to be doing it a whole lot more and putting (unecessary) things off so i can fulfil my goal!
