I just want to get in better shape be healthy and get stronger. When I do exercise I feel really good but I have trouble finding time to keep it going. But me and my friends go running at least once a week together and work out with weights and we each got on our own when we’re can. I’m glad my friends were willing to do this with me 3 years ago

I always find it difficult to maintain a regular exercise routine. Though I understand the importance of staying healthy and fit, it surprises me that there’s always some excuse that breaks the routine. I would like to practice this for a week and see how it goes. I am adamant on making this work. If I can maintain this atleast 3 days in a week, I’d take it further and make it 5 days a week 3 years ago

I’ve been doing this for about 2 months now and i feel so much better now that i’m more active. I havent lost very much weight on the scale but i’ve built a lot of muscle. I can tell in my clothes that i’m starting to get thinner. I work out atleast 3 times a week but most of the time its 5 times a week. Most days i get on the treadmill and i do atleast 50 situps, and then misc. exercises. If I’m too tired or running low on time in the mornings i just do my situps and maybe a few other things. I actually go to work chipper in the mornings now, and not mean and grumpy, lol! 6 years ago

I’ve just restarted my exercise regime. I managed to get 4 sessions in last week and 2 (almost 3) this week. Aiming for 5 next week let’s see how we go.
I’d really like to be fit enough to do much better at the BRW triathalon next year and maybe even participate in the Brooks series beginning November this year. Oh well. 6 years ago
