restore an old house

I would like to restore this old house, it’s over 100 years old. It’s property of my grandfather, and nobody lives here for years.

i love old houses. the kind with hardwood floors and high ceilings, the kind with i history. i want to restore old homes, make them new again. the new homes that are being built are ugly as hell.

We bought it in Nov. 2003 and haven’t done much with it yet except a new roof and new air conditioners. We had a guy take off the aluminum siding last month. The original wood underneath looks pretty good, but it shows some structural issues. Architect came out this week. Things should start moving now.
