i do not owe any money to lord and taylor anymore!

i payed $38 (i know, that’s really not much) towards my lord & taylor bill, and they deducted $25 (a late fee) because they weren’t sending the bills to my correct address, so i didn’t even know what was due or where to send it. so now i just have a balance of about $122, which i can pay off in a couple weeks in full, and never ever fall for that “save 10% off the first purchase with the card” scam again! what can i say, i’m a sucker for skincare and makeup…

my dad offered to pay this, so now all i have to do is pay my $200 lord & taylor bill, and i’m all done with credit cards for awhile. i sort of blame my parents, not 100%, but last year they gave me a credit card with a decent amount of money on the limit, and never really explained to me how to use it or what i had to do. needless to say, i maxed it out…i guess buying that coach bag wasn’t categorized as an emergency purchase to them (i swear i had nothing else to go with that outfit). it’s cool that they’re going to pay it for me, and hopefully in a few months all this credit card crap and owing money will be history.
