Last week I worked out 3 times, it was good. This week eeeh not so much. Its been rainy and ugh. Plus I’ve been sick. But I went to a funk class this week, and I plan on going every week. it was great.

Tuesday I joined Bally fitness gym here in my town. I was suppose to have a session with the personal trainer, but they forgot about me and we rescheduled it for tomorrow morning, but I still worked out! 20 mins on the elliptical, and weights with my thighs and arms, I could have done more but was tired and ready to come home. About an hour workout!! I’m happy.

This week has actually been the first week that I’ve managed to workout 3x. I plan to continue this until either 1) one year passes and it has obviously become a habit; or 2) I lose the weight I want and it has obviously become a successful habit.
