Build a garage

Two car at least, 2.5 would be nice!

We have no basement and it would be nice to have a place to store things. I want it to be small like our house. one car. hindged doors. maybe windows. perhaps window boxes.
How does one get started???

I’ve even been using the NEW GARAGE to park my car. It’s been great with the recent snow.

apartment/guesthouse above and a studio/shop below. But, seems like a waste of money on my property.

It’s built….just need the electrician to come back so I can get rid of the extension cord.

I got a quote today.

Amazing fun. I worked on it with my brother, he was the genius of the operation, still had a wicked time. Got to know every song on radio one and learnt SO much.

if i have a nice 2-car garage with electricity, i can get a helluva lot more money when i sell! all i need is the financing…in due time, in due time.

thought through building materials, general design, dimensions, how/when to build it – all i need now is the money… but then i also want that holiday so which way will the money be pulled…?
