develop a sense of style

I was complimented on both my wallet, which is a cute billfold type from Espe (www.espe.com – a Canadian company), and my bracelet, which is a wire butterfly from some accessories section at a clothing store. Small things, but I guess it’s a start, right?

It’s just harder to do when one doesn’t have the funds they’d like…

I think the key here is to go out on a limb and try new stores. I always go to the same, tried and true Ann Taylor Loft/Banana Republic, etc. so I need to venture out of my comfort zone a bit.

I recently got a subscription to Lucky magazine so that might help give me suggestions, too.

At the dinner party I went to last night one of the girls asked me where I got my sweater and my pants. We must have talked about my sweater for a few minutes at least…I think I can have a bit of style when I put some effort into it!
