    Among all my goals 3 years ago

    I feel this goal every moment.not that i love this goal more than others;in fact , there are other goals i love more than this one.But this goal is structured in such a way that it reminds itself to me every moment.It is strange but true that i have begun to nurture some of my goals as a part of myself.To that extent , they have no longer remained things to focus on , but parts of my awareness.Thanks to 43 things and some wonderful friends here and elsewhere i FEEL this transformation in me.



    Meditating on meditation 3 years ago

    I find many dimensions of meditation:
    1.I meditate to train and focus my mind;to control distractions
    2.I meditate to delve deeper into a subject
    3.I meditate to control my breathing process
    4.I meditate to remember long forgotten things
    5.I meditate to feel the presence of the supernatural and God.
    Unless i know what i want from meditation, my mind will wander from one object to another,thereby defeating the entire effort.



    mindfulness in life 3 years ago

    I went to a remote village recently and met a number of new persons.I found this one person to be extremely alert , mindful and attentive.I was really impressed by the way he used this quality of mindfulness with ease.It made him far more impressive and effective than others.It seems , mindfulness is a habit well worth cultivating.So it appears to me today.Let me see how i evolve in it.
