down to 120 the other day… took a few weeks to get from 124ish to 120. five more to go before end of january! eating healthy and staying away from munchies definitely is doing the trick, and i feel SO much healthier. i’ll be starting to hit the pool soon to give my whole body a workout and toning that it definitely needs.

i used to be at 140 back in july, and then i began watching what i ate, ate less, cut out munchies, and substituted bad food for good. i lost about 20 pounds (have been flexing between 121 and 125—really annoying.) i feel SO MUCH BETTER now that i lost all the weight, but would like to lose a little more. i’m going to maui in january so hopefully that will push me to get to 115 :)
btw i’m 5’4 (short) so i’m not dreadfully skinny. yuck.

I’ve lost 14 lbs in the past 5 weeks I believe? My goal is to lose 2 lbs per week by not eating junk food, having 3 meals and 1 snack per day, and SMALLER portions… oh and walking. I’ve been walking 3-4 times a week, 40-45 mins each time, and enjoying it!

hehehe down to a size 11 or 13 which every one i want to wear that day man it has been a long long road i cant believe that i have done it. i still am wanting to get back to my old size 9.

I have lost 10 lbs so far trying different diets what seems to be working though is a bannana or 2 for breakfast with water , several small meals a day , vitamins and water ohh and I have been doing yoga will start either walking or dancing 3 times a week i have videos for both

I became my heaviest this year – 11 and a half stone.
I have dropped to 10 and a half and a lose more by the day!!
I just wanna be a hottie again! :D

so i started off this thing at like 205 and wearing a mean 19 in jeans well now i am down to 186 and i have never felt better i baughtsome new jeans a couple of weeks ago a size 15 (yeah) and they fit like a dream. i have even managed to go down a shirt size. i am so happy. i have not felt this good about my body since i was in the 9th grade (wohoo). time to party.

Every time I go to the doctor (which has been a lot here recently :( unfortunately), I have lost a pound or two. I’m not really exercising or anything like I used to because I have become lazy, but I want to start doing yoga, and I have changed my eating habits a lot. Since I am back at school, I buy all of my own groceries, so I make sure that I get healthy things for meals and to snack on. Also, since I refuse to spend $75 on a parking decal, I walk from my apartment to campus everyday and am constantly walking all over the place until I get back home. I would estimate that I walk at least 3 miles a day. That isn’t a lot considering that when I used to go to the gym I’d do 5 miles, but it is a significant amount… and it is better than what I did most of the summer while I was home (sat on the sofa and watch Planet Green).
I am down to 132 give or take a pound depending on the time of day I am weighed…
I want to be 120 or 115.
I thought that I would be happy at 130, which was kind of my goal when I first started losing weight last year, but because of my body type, I just don’t look the way I want to. I’m only 5’3, and though I’m not fat, I could stand to lose a few more pounds and still be in a healthy range for my height.
