How I did it: I've been on vegetarian diet for over a year now. Also, last year, about this time, I made a resolution to start an exercise routine and stick with it. I cleared my schedule and started exercising 4 days a week. I have stuck with this routine, and I'm proud of finally settling into a routine. This is the smallest I've been in a long, long time....and all my clothes are falling off me. I'm so happy I could cry, and I love my body. This is a great self-esteem boost!

About a year and a half ago I was at my ideal weight—lost 15-20 pounds and felt really good about the way I looked and the way I fit into clothes.
Thanks to a lifestyle change, I now eat too much junk food and have gained those 20 pounds back. I don’t fit into my clothes anymore and I just feel really bad about not sticking with my diet.
Starting a few exercise programs that I hope I can stick to and I’m going to have to cut down on so much sugar. I did it once, I can do it again!!!.... 14 months ago
my birthday was the last day i was satisfied with the weight i reached. it took 6 months, but i dropped 25 lbs. and i feel wonderful :) it changed my life so much that… i decided nutrition is what i will get my masters in :) woo!!!!! 16 months ago
That’s the key to lose weight. I love drinks, i just don’t know i drink less until i bought the 2liter herbalife tumbler and try to gulp that in one day. It wasnt hard- just need some motivation. 17 months ago
