Almost more of a curry than an actual soup, but it was great. My wife loved it, but my daughter wasn’t too fond of it. I loved it.

Contessa makes great prepackaged frozen stirfry, and I found they have some great recipes using their various packages.
Thai Cashew Chicken Soup is one of them, and I’m going to try it, and see how it goes. 5 years ago
I made Stephen Furst’s Hot and Sour soup with rice and some other cream soup dregs.

Yesterday, I decided to have soup for breakfast and lunch.
Cimmy has sometimes commented on my odd choice of soup for breakfast, but… it is easier to prepare than hot cereal, and I usually am able to make it sufficiently nutritious.
I am beginning to eat the same soup over and over again, so… I think I will look at more recipes. 5 years ago

I got more soup. More veggie juice for the aforementioned hot and sour soup. Condensed clam chowder. Two boxes of very tasty-looking organic soup.

Very good. I’d prefer the mushrooms weren’t cut up quite so small, but still very good.

I decided to try something I wouldn’t normally try. No meat? But it’s great. I added some cheese. It has lentils, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, leeks, bell peppers, and more. It’s yummy. :) 7 years ago
