update my address book with all of my contacts

As I enter information into my address book, I am printing labels. If I have labels printed, then there is no reason I can’t send people my updated contact information, a postcard or a letter.

1.) Contact anybody that gave holiday me a gift and send them a thank you card.

2.) Update my info as I do it.

3.) Expand to my friends, and send them a card.

4.) Expand to people I have lost contact with.

This is a little more involved than I originally thought.

I am adding a note as to when the contact information was last updated. I plan to update this list every year.

I put all of my phone numbers on my phone and on my current journal, but it is not updated frequently.

I will now cull old contact information, get new contact information, and keep track of it in an address book application. Perhaps I will use DevonThink.

Now for a due date.
