i’ve been doing this for the past month or so, and i very rarely drink anything other than water now.
i definitely recognize the health/weight benefits already, but i’m kind of getting sick of it to be honest. haha 3 years ago

Apparently it’s 2 litres that you are supposed to drink, or 3 normal sized glasses, i’ve been doing it in pints so have more than achieved my goal and feel great for it, i’ve found that i’m eating less because of it and may be able to loose weight too! 5 years ago

I think that i’m getting closer with this, i have to really make a conscious effort every 2 hours to remember to drink though, and i’m not sure if it’s supposed to be pints or tumblers. Managed 5 pints the other day though. 5 years ago
