Brought the soup, but didn’t microwave it long enough and didn’t feel like trekking back to the kitchen to heat it some more. Coldish crab chowder is not that good. Sigh. Oh well, I’ve learned for tomorrow.

For awhile, I tried to consistently bring lunch by making the quickest lunch food I could think of: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a piece of fruit. The problem is, I dislike peanut butter, so I wasn’t really enjoying my lunch. Therefore, it got to the point where I wasn’t taking time to make my lunch because I subconsciously knew I wouldn’t like it and it would make me unhappy. Eventually, I just started buying again every day.
The new solution is to think about what I buy for lunch and make it at home on Sunday. I mostly buy soup, so I made a big batch of crab chowder today. It should last all week. We’ll see how this goes!
