go to bhutan

I love to travel and after a random visit to an art museum with an exhibit on Bhutan – I want to go…

i cant go to bhutan until my job is finished here…hello 6 years of waiting. but thats ok cause its been there for centuries and i have a feeling it will still be there for a few more years. and i can always travel to other places of interest!

particularly Tigers Nest Monastery.

It’s great to see some people wanting to visit Bhutan. I am from Bhutan and now I am residing in the US. I think it’s a great place, with wonderful people and the scenery really takes your breathaway, TRUST ME! I miss it so much. I miss my family! Ahh ;( ..I was watching WHere in the World is Matt Lauer a few weeks ago, made me really miss home. :( ... Well, any of you who really want to go, YOU SHOULD.. You will not be disappointed!

A year or more ago I had a dream about a place on a mountain, a little village with colourful laundry or flags or some kind of bright cloths flapping on lines in the wind. There was a lot of mist. I have no idea why I think this dream means I’m going to go to Bhutan. I think the dream occured after I’d seen a slideshow of my friend’s trip to the Himalayas. In any case, something tells me I should go to Bhutan.

I saw a Japanese TV show about this country and have wanted desperately to go ever since. By law they have to build in the traditional style, so even gas stations there look like temples. Traditional clothing is also mandatory. OK, so it’s a wee bit authoritarian. But I still want to see it.a Must get on the list to go, there are a limited number of visas every year…
