Fiji is BEAUTIFUL. The water is crystal clear and even if you’re just wading your feet in the water, a few small fish may gather near them.
My mother and I went there a few years ago and we could never forget it. We stayed on a private island that the owner and founder of the school I was going to at the time owned and let others at her school go to with their families. The natives are wonderful, beautiful people and we stayed in this little “hotel” of theirs, with small huts almost a yard away from the water, and we ate in a large hut where they served their food.
The fish there is to die for.
Somehow we ended up getting stranded on a small island off the coast of where we were staying, but it’s not like we could not want to be stranded in such a beautiful place.
Go for as long as you can, because even after spending two weeks there it feels like one day. But the memories you have there are unforgettable.

Fiji is awesome. went there with my family – have friends who lived in Suva. Stayed with them for the majority of the time and spent a couple of nights at a resort along the Coral coast. There’s all sorts of holiday options. I think the way we did it was the best for us because we got to see the real Fiji and really experience the culture there. we saw both sides to life there. It’s also cheap. Awesome! Do it!
Ever since seeing the Fiji brand water bottles on the market, I’ve been dying to go to Fiji. I don’t know anything about the island or customs, but I have to get there someday.
