So I’m all anxiety ridden and crap this morning, willing myself slowly to climb out of the darkness and see that I am powerful and that life is good, and some kid yells “HI!” at me with this INSANE smile and her mother is smiling at me too and I Laugh and yell “HELLO” back and the girl is all beside herself that I said hi back and she’s bouncing around and laughing and looking up at her mother as if to say “I GOT HER TO ANSWER ME!!!!!” I’m pretty sure that was god telling me I was on the right track. 1. My realtor FINALLY called me to tell me that the house deal was proceeding. the seller was going to pay for the sewer line.

Maybe it was because he made me wake up an hour early for no good reason, then told me I was cranky, and now I’m frantically trying to make sure my day doesn’t follow along this same abusive path for the whole day, and so by reading and researching and finding good things to think about and load onto my MP3 player, I’m sliding into a sweet spot! THEN, as I was walking on to work, I ran into Jim (jim and donna) from the art museum, and THEN ERIC lodeveschin came biking by.

So, today I parked, accidentally because I came late and it’s a “second wednesday”, by a little park that I stumbled upon 2 weeks ago while walking during a lunch break. It has a climbing pole and EVERYthing, and I was thinking…”Man, I wish I knew how to get to this park with my car…I’d park here and climb the pole before/after work!”

Well, this morning, wishing I had left earlier so I could figure out where this park was, I found it by accident and necessity! AND, the route to walk to work is SO MUCH NICER than the road I usually take. It takes me by TWO MORE PLAYGROUNDS, and today, I did push-ups, bench triceps, side-lifts, leg-ups, and…ta DAHHHHH!!!!...I made it across 4 monkey bars!!!!!
I am freakin’ EXCITED.
AND, I weigh 130lbs in SPITE of how much fun I have all the time!
I was afraid to weigh myself. ha!

So yesterday started off TOTALLY shitty. My photoshop stopped working, I lost my dog’s meds, I couldn’t send artwork to Aren, I didn’t LIKE the work I was sending to Aren if I COULD send it, I woke up with a KILLER summer cold and my slut shoes were lost or stolen.! Yikes! I was soooooooooo depressed and down and I was thinking “fuck this ABE shit. That only works if you already feel good. HOW can I even START to change this stupid situation with GOOD THOUGHTS?...fucking retarded…”
But instead of caving in, I FORCED myself to reach for a happier attitude. I put on my vibrational sounds MP3’s, I focused and focused and played the “what if” game…I got to a vaguely pleasant place somehow.
And lo and behold?
I SOMEHOW managed to fix my photoshop (??!)and Aren didn’t even look at the stuff I was finally able to send. She just wanted to feed me and thank me for bothering to do it.
My shoes are at UPS right now, just waiting for me!
My dog’s meds are found, and, the best and weirdest thing of all???
My cold is nearly gone today! Last time one of these colds got me (when I first started here, 3 months ago) the cold lasted for a month and it was miserable! not THIS time! I focused on health at a cellular level, and I GOT it. Hurray! So here I am…happy, and re-convinced of my power. 23 months ago

I keep seeing little yellow canaries darting around the trees while I’m riding to work on the metrolink. Today, along with a canary, I ALSO saw some amazing bright, beautiful lightning.
I love the rain. Everytime it rains, I feel like it’s raining for me. It’s been raining a lot!

Yesterday, Chaz mentioned living in the city as if it were a possibility. I’m psyched! Maybe he’s mellowing out!
