Cost me $200 in total because he had to take the inside pegs and file a bit of rust of them so it doesn’t stick. All works great now, keys all working, none sticking! Slightly ringing sound a little but nothing like it was, just has the sound of an old piano which can’t really be changed cause it is a really old piano, lol. SO GLAD I CAN PLAY MY PIANO NOW!! YAY!!!!!!

Piano guy bringing back the inside of my piano tomorrow!! Can’t wait to play it!! Hope it all works out well.

The guy came and took the inside of my piano (all the pegs, etc.) it’s an old one that has a kind of slide out bar thing they’re all attached to. He’s taken them to fix because some of them were rusty and once he’s done that he’s bringing it back on Thursday at 10am and is going to tune the piano properly. Going to cost $200 in total. He also glued on the few key covers that were missing. Said to get entirely new keys put on will cost $300, which I might do if I’m thinking of selling it…not sure about that yet, definitely not doing it for a while yet though.

I’ve booked the tuning in for this Friday at 10am! As long as one of us is going to be home at that time it will get done then. Yay!

My old piano has gone to my parents house and I got a new piano for free in Sydney (just had to pay moving costs) overall it sounds okay but some keys are sticking a little bit so going to get it tuned and hope (fingers crossed) that it all works fine after that.

Like the will goal, I am going to wait until move when buy a house – will happen soon so no point tuning now cause only will have to again when we move!

He rang back but now I have to ring a different guy in my area!!!!! Will try to ring and book today!
