I would be proud of myself for saving the money to buy them.. But then I would regret spending that much on shoes when I could get stuff for my son, or donate it to those who need it more than I do. I think I will give up on this for now. Maybe for forever.

Were classic black pumps. Cut outs with a 2 1/2” heel. A Valentine present from a married Lover. I remember how special I felt carrying my lilac shoe bag with pride. how womanly and sexy and desirable and oh so deserving!
