I had a massage at a place near work during lunchtime. I felt my mind was too busy to relax, so perhaps lunchtime isn’t the best time for a massage. Also I think I prefer and can relax more when messages are given by a partner rather than a stranger, so I’m removing this goal.. but I will replace it with having an indian head massage, as I think this might be a more appropriate monthly goal for me. 2 years ago
