This is a pretty big milestone. I’m feeling a little anxious because not only have I sprouted a few gray hairs, I’m feeling a little behind as many of my friends have gotten engaged/married, purchases homes, had children….so turning 30 is a reminder of the things I don’t have…but I want to embrace my 30s and be proud of my accomplishments thus far
How to turn 30
How I did it: Breathing air, drinking water and sleeping. Sometimes eating things to make crap. Simple really, almost anyone can do it(almost).
Lessons & tips: Keep breathing.
Resources: Air. Water. Food... Mom and Dad(of course), and sleeping helps frequently.

This will be handily accomplished if I can manage to stay alive for the next five months.
Wasn’t a big deal at all for me. Celebrated it, but not such a big thing.
But mostly it was just unavoidable. I’m choosing to pretend that 30 is the new 24. :)
The year you turn thirty is – to steal a line from that fine, fine comedy, “Stacked”, “twelve straight months of crazy”. Much like, say, Y2K (something oldsters like me remember well) you spend all that time working up to it, and when it happens, it’s like ”...oh.”
Anyway, I turned thirty today. I totally had a nervous breakdown earlier, but now that I’m an old hand at the thirty thing, I’m totally cool. Yes!
