Went to Pilates on Friday 1 month ago

Decided that the post-natal tummy had to go, six months on, so I did cut myself some slack. I mean Jesus, I wasn’t going to go on a diet a week later, but that almost 10 pound baby did s t r e t c h my tummy muscles. Hardly surpising.

Anyways six months later I’m the youngest woman in the Pilates class, but there was a creche next door, so I could leave baby in capable and safe hands while I worked out. Yes, here’s to easy solutions

Walking my daughter to school 2 months ago

...and then walking home again before I collect her is giving me close to 1.5 hours exercise every day. So I’m making some progress on this goal.

Yesterday we went for a two hour walk by the sea as well, so doing well this week.

Wednesday: Not a thing

Friday: NADA

Saturday: When on a 15 mile bike ride

Sunday: Ran 3 miles.

Thursday: no luck stay at work late

Friday: LAME! Went home and cleaned.

Saturday: Ran 2.5 miles and walk up 40 flights of stairs.

Spin class with the extreme spin instructor.

I have a new motivation. My good friend is moving back in a month and she always made fun that I would go to the gym seriously for two weeks and then I would give up…need to show the difference now!!!

Tuesday:
Because of work I missed yoga but under advisement of people at work(thanks Julie) I went to the gym and did 45min at ecliptic machine the did some weights on my arms.
