It’s been two weeks since i’ve started my photography course. Even when i’m not an absolute newbie i’m learning lots of things. Better yet as the course includes photshop finishing lessons i’m learning a lot of it (i am a total newbie at this).
As you can see i’m pretty exited… hope this encourages you to begin studying.
In Buenos Aires, Argentina you should visit http://www.fotoclubba.com.ar/

It’s a pretty realistic goal for me. All you really need to do is a get a camera, and get some ideas! It also helps to have access to the places where your ideas take place in order to have a ‘photo shoot’. As I am currently writing a youth novel, and I really suck at drawing people, I am going to use photography instead. It really helps a lot, but it is a bit more work. ANYWAYS!
I think I’ll be able to!

I am better – a LOT better – and more knowledgeable than when I started, though, so as I pat on the back, I am marking this off and doing a more specific goal.

I took a course about it in school, and that’s about all the effort that I wan’t to put on this right now.

My sight is terrible, but cameras can make up for it. I want to work on this idea.

I’d rather be behind the lens than in front of it. Especially where flowers, wildlife or water are concerned. Although I’ve relied on various jobs to supply me with cameras in the past, having my own dslr would be a really important first step that I intend to save up for.

Shooting with a prime lens, my first gig went pretty well. I’m now looking into Apple’s Aperture as a photo library / photo editing tool. Seems pretty neat so far.
Read most of the manual for my camera on the way back from Milwaukee last week, and that helped me understand some of the features better.
Want to get a couple other lenses and a Speedlite flash, and hopefully that should round out ability to shoot in most circumstances.

Its been awhile since I used my dslr for personal use. I don’t know why actually – probably because it’s like i’m in working mode and i feel as though its for someone else..WEIRD! WEIRD! WEIRD!
I took pictures of my newly decorated room with my compact before and as expected my shots today are better. Don’t get me wrong, I’m just saying its a lot easier for me to get the look I want when I have more control. Except maybe for studio lights – I still don’t get most of it!!
