I tried observing myself and I judge people constantly! Not good!
I tried just thinking factual things about people, in my head, on the way home from work (to block out negative judgements) like: ‘You’re wearing a red t-shirt’, ‘you’re wearing glasses’, I was doing ok, not brilliant, and then a girl jogged past me with out-of-control boobs and I judged the hell out of her. Which is not fair because she was clearly trying to do a good thing for herself (apart from her poor boobs, obviously).
So if anyone has got any tips, I’d be really interested. I want to break this bad habit of being judgemental. I think it makes me judge myself harshly as well and I need to stop. 2 years ago
