I lived in Texas for 3 years, and visited Austin numerous times. About 2 months before moving there, a family situation came up back east and I have been stuck here ever since! That was in 2004, and I cant stop thinking about Austin, it haunts me night and day.
My wife was not nearly as fond of Texas as I was, so she is not willing to move back now. We are fairly settled in MD, have a steady job, house, 3 kids, close to family, etc. She is happy, but I am not….. because of Austin!
What is a person to do in this situation???
