yyaaa ive done it!!ive started taking walks every day!!yay for me! hehe. Sorry, so yea it started on wensday, it was soo nice out and me and my friend walked up to this shopping place in town nad that took about 45 mins and up a huge hill, so then i got all into it and went for another walk that evening, and then yesterday before work I went for one and after work and then today its raining:( but i still may go out for one cause im dying to go for one!!and I have tomorrow off so I may adventure out for a big long walk,im thinking so!. So its going gooddd and im eating healthy and everything!yay for me! hehe. Anyway i wanna go see if its stopped raining!

Taking walks before work is hard, cause you have to get up extra early!lol, but like in a way its good becuase your not wasting time during the day and such and you still get it into your day, but also if you go to bed late getting up early sucks or if you do decide to get up early you might as well go to bed early too lol. It’s annoying but I should get into the habit of it, or at least going for walks after work or something..
Let’s be realistic. This is not going to happen. If I can’t manage to get up on time I can’t manage to get up to take a walk BEFORE work. We’ve been taking some walks before BED, so maybe that’s a better goal.
...I want to budget in time where I can get up and take Ruger and Arai for a walk around the neighborhood before leaving for work. We currently just take them out to go potty before rushing them back inside and sprinting out the door for our jobs. I HATE THIS LIFESTYLE!!!!
I’ve gotten up now two mornings in a row. My goal is to walk for 2 miles every week-day morning, but so far, I’m walking less than a mile.
Still, it’s a start.
