I just saw a friend’s really cool scrapbook and thought I would love to make own sometime. Pity i’m not half as creative as her but hopefully it can still be good!

How I did it: My mom has always scrapbooked so she helped me... but I'd like to think I added something. We made a scrapbook of a trip I took abroad. Now I will always have something to remember it by! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I bought a lot of scrapbooking supplies at craft stores then just cut out pictures and put stickers, and letters on different backgrounds. I just did what I thought looked cool. I made a scrapbook of my senior year and of my trip to Europe. It's a nice keepsake to have. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was always telling my parents how I wanted to make a scrapbook, but never got around to doing it. On Christmas, my mom suprised me with a scrapbook kit. A month or two later I print out pictures of my friends and I, and put it together in one night. I loved looking at the pictures and remembering the fun times. It was fun to put it together too, cutting and pasting. I bought a blank scrap book soon after that, and now I'm making another… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I am a stampin' up demonstrator, and learned cool new ways to work with paper and make paper crafts. I took a class that a friend taught, and make a nice simple scrapbook. You don't need alot of fancy tools to make a scrapbook. All you need is imagination, photos and a scrapbook.I love scrapbooking. Also, there are so many ways to keep a scrapbook. Just go online, and look up the cool ideas there are out there. Read how I did it…
Cheryl is on spring break.
How I did it: I kept everything and used a good glue stick. I didn't mess with fancy hole punches or paper presses. I was careful to use different types of shapes and a variety of stickers. Some pages did not have actual photographs but cards. Others were mostly centered around photographs, especially the ones from our honeymoon. I haven't printed out pictures from my wedding disc, but when I do, they'll be added. Read how I did it…

I found another half finished painting, well about 1/10 complete if that, so I started painting that. I still need to finish drawing it though. Once it is finished, it will make a nice background for one of the pages. I also started another detailed blog, which I wont maintain forever, but whilst I am completing this goal. It is here http://thethriftyscrapbook.blogspot.com/
It took forever to edit, so I will do multiple post from now on the blog. Plus I will upload the last picture first, because it puts the newest uploaded picture at the top and it is really awkward moving it down and editing in the tiny box.
The picture shows my third page, but I have also stuck a miny necklace on and put some rhinestones on the flowers in the background.

I don’t really like this, but oh well

I just did it. The reason why I didn’t start it was because I didn’t want to ruin my pictures, but I have digital copies anyway. I am only scrapbooking digital photos.
I don’t want to be one of the scrap book people that spends a fortune on it. It can become really expenseive. I am making it with what I have already got and I have been saving bits and bobs for about 2 years now, but never gotten round to doing it. Well now I am. I did 2 pages today.
It may look rubbish and not be like the ones you see in books, but I think it is more creative anyway :)
one of our best friends was moving to a private boarding school after the holidays. so gradually before and through the holidays we’d meet up and do 10 more pages until it was full. we kept little things from days away or the holidays we went on together without her noticing and put them in there. everything in there had a memory, like reciepts or train tickets and she loved it. i would defo recomend it.

My scrapbook pages are looking too plain to me. I want to find a way to jazz them up some. glitter….paint…..more stickers? picture framing maybe…..something is missing.
I want to take gorgeous photos of my trips, friends, family, and daily life. Hopefully my scrapbook will be organized and colorful.
