This goal used to be titled on my list as “Take Care of my hair.” i thought that by calling it that…. it would take my mind off of the word “TWIRLING.”
nope. twirling came back.
early in this year i changed a LOT of things, concrete things about my life, and i was so consumed with it and the new environment i stopped twirlin COMPLETELY, NO URGE. that happened jan this year, and summer of…..... 2006.
hmm. then i realized, that adherence to goals, and values, and passions, irradicated twirling. GAH! now its back!! gr gr grgrgr

Dont know exactly why, but am not really breathing—am holding my breath and twirling my hair. i had a GREAT day. and laughed SO MUCH. MINIMAL OVERAL LIFE stress. whats with the incessant obsessive hair twirling?!
Right as I was scrolling down my list of things to do, I realized I was twirling..
How will I ever stopp??? Ahhhhhhhhhh
Any recent entries for this one? Anyone have any success stopping? I’ve done this since I was a kid. I only do it at home or in my car driving, but now I have a 22 mo old son and he’s starting to twirl his hair like Mommy..Oh No!!! I don’t want my son to pick up this bad habbit.
Vanilla90 is just trying to survive.
This is so much harder than it sounds… So, now I have everyone in my family as well as my boyfriend trying to help me quit… Hopefully, this shall reduce the twirling factors in my life. Don’t bet on it.
