Update my blog regularly

I’m having some serious issues getting started with this. I feel like the problem has more to do with the fact that I have A LOT to say, instead of not having enough…of course having a lot to say means that I have a lot going on, which also would indicate that I have very little time to give to my blog. Grr. Any advice would be helpful!

I want to start updating my blog daily, or at least as much as possible!

Looking at my blog I see that I haven’t been updating it as much as I’ve wanted to. Things change over time and I was happy to organize some of my thoughts into a post I called small, specific, and real which is about the things that are compelling online. I want to focus on quality over quantity, but it’s the balance that I need to work on between everyday updates and monthly posts.

I just started another one. I seem to abandon my blogs because I forget about them. I wanna see how long Blogspot will last.

Last night I finished a post that had been sitting around for a while and I wrote one new (although very short) post.

How many posts a month are required to be considered ‘regular’ updating? (Was that grammatical?)

but that’s OK. It amuses me and is a place to keep photos of my chickies. Drop on by and check it out if you are interested in chickens or gardening.

Going on business travel always puts a damper on this, but I do actually have some good photos up of the baby chickens and the garden and such. I’ve been pretty good at getting more than one post a week, though, so I’m doing ok – but I still don’t feel like I’ve made it a habit, yet.

I’ve gotten a few comments, but I don’t know if anyone is really reading this or caring. Some of it is for my own amusement, but I am also looking for my 15 minutes of fame ;-) And, I am also looking for others who garden in the high desert to trade ideas with.

Yes, I believe … 1st comes 1st. Anything in life happens for the 1st time… counting begins from 1st .. Eating chocholate for the 1st time… driving car for the 1st time … taking 1st step independently after toddling … I am starting with this 1st post my new blog .. and I want to update my blog regularly.
