Every walk we’ve taken this week has ended up being over an hour long. I’m glad I set this goal as ‘at least 30 minutes’ though, because everyone has off days, it’s nice to know I can take it down a stage if needs be :) 2 years ago

...this week I will be going for a walk for at least 30 minutes every day this week. Today Erik & I actually walked around for almost an hour, as you don’t feel like you’ve done very much or gone very far in 30 minutes. We like walking around our local neighbourhood and pointing out cool houses to each other. Ahh, the dreams of the future :) 2 years ago
