How I did it: I swim laps at our local community center only on occasion, but it works out best when my son has swim lessons in the pool and I can fit it in for 30 minutes. I have done an 1100 and 1250 this week but need to figure out how to keep this up after his lessons are over.

ran 6 miles with Lars in

I’m hoping I can make it to the adult swim classes on Wed nights, but if my hula teacher bumps me into the upper level class (which is later in the day) I’m not sure I’ll make it.
Hum, hula or swim…such a HARD choice!

I’ve started taking a swimming class and I’m doing a lot better. I swam from the five ft mark in the pool to the other end. Took a few breaths. Then swam back to the other end. It was very tiring but I think I’ll be able to do laps. Maybe not a mile because it seems, depending on your pool size, this could be more than 35 laps. Maybe not this week, anyway.
