I think yoga sounds good because it sounds relaxing, and i would like something that may help me become less anxious. I have been meaning to do this for years, but i keep putting it off. My latest reason for putting it off is because i am living abroad, and its just another thing that seems more scary because of this. I know this is no excuse, so will aim to go to a class within the next 10 days (before the 20th August). Maybe i will buy a yoga mat and do some practice in front of the TV before i go to feel more confident.

I am waiting to get a new job so that I can schedule classes around my hours. Also I think that yoga classes may help me to loose the extra weight and tone up.
I took 4 weeks of yoga some years back and loved it, even though I felt clumsy and huge. Given how stiff my body is recently, I think this would really help me physically. Plus, my studies on the chakra system and other spiritual matters lead me to think that yoga would help me mentally and spiritually as well.
My gym has yoga classes on Tuesday nights. I’ve avoided going because of how late it is (7:30) but with all my tv shows on break because of the strike, this is the best time to try it. If I don’t like it, Bookmans also offers a free yoga class on Sunday mornings.

I have been going to two yoga classes a week. One is prety basic and the other is very intense. Practicing head stands, hand stands, forward arm stands, etc. I can’t do ANY of them. But, that’s OK. It’s fun and I feel GREAT after. I plan to continue since I really think my body (and mind) need it.
Lisa has done 400 things.
but it also falls under the umbrella of exercise. I would like to exercise more regularly.

I haven’t attended an actual class in a while. But, I did get my dvd’s and cd’s out and have practiced the last 2 days. So, it’s a start. When I am more comfortable in my poses (i.e. stronger and can hold them longer) I am going to find a weekend workshop!
I set a 30 day goal and although I did it on the last day I still succeeded. And it was an awesome class at the YMCA. I figured I pay for the membership so why not take advantage of the group fitness classes.
I should be starting going to my first class on thursday. I too will be going twice a week. Maybe even 3 times, but work makes it a little hard. But I’ve found that I might need to make a goal of make time to incorporate yoga asana practice into my daily schedule. I know I shouldn’t have to schedule yoga practice, but my lifestyle makes it pretty hard.

There are 2 classes a week at the gym. I don’t think that the gym classes will be quite the same as the Yoga Institute I had been going to a couple years ago. But the membership is already paid for, so I might as well take advantage of it.
I am hoping if I can go to a class once or twice a week I can get myself motivated to start a home practice as well.
Next class is Monday – So, I am “scheduling” it!
