Man I bet that must be nice. I can kinda get some air through there but not normally and I wind up being told to shut my mouth all the time…its very dignified. You get a lot of dry mouth and the sound is very flattering as well. plus the ladies really seem to go for it. The only up side is swimming…dont get alot of water in there…colds and allergies are alot of fun. Someday, after enough vanlife, Ill have enough money to fix me…plus the surgery wont be as invasive by then…Uh Tata, uh Tutell

I’ve been doing it all day and it’s awesome. I know i’ve only been aware of my breathing becaue i’ve been nervous and paniky, but it really helps to become aware of my breathing. I’ve never been able to breathe through my nose before though, not in the deep breathing way that everyone has told me is good for me.
But now i belive them, it’s awesome.
Yes I know it’s weird to talk about how you breath, but hey.
