I noticed, just blurting out something or doing something in the situation that could only lead to utter humiliation in your mind,
is a LOT easier than not doing anything at all and let the
“what ifs” take over.
It feels like practice. Like baseball. It only gets easier
to play only if you keep doing it.
and yeah. Living powerfully and courageously (whatever it may be for that situation) with the realization of fear and consequences, as scary as it feels sometimes…
it does get easier.

My story is that “I try to look good to others”
this is my makeup.
What it has costed me is a censorship on my thoughts, actions,
and most importantly self expression.
I will live courageously to take actions through my fears, doubts, and uncertainties in order to love my life and my beliefs.

The worst walls are never the ones you find in your way. The worst walls are the ones you put there – you build yourself. Those are the high ones, the thick ones, the ones with no doors in.
