Yep, I joined FLYLady too. Jan ‘06. I did it as a favor to a friend, to help her stay on track, and I like it, so I’m sticking with it. It is 7:30pm, and my dishwasher is running, and sink shiny!

I used to do this without fail 3 times a day, every day. I’ve done it once today & doubt I’ll do it tonight. I run out of energy at 7pm, but this is an improvement, as I used to only last util 4pm.

I actually unsubscribed from FLYlady last month as it was all peeing me off, but as DH hopefully goes back to work on Wednesday, I’ll be able to get my routines going again, so decided to look at what the habit to reinforce is for January,
This is a very good one as my sink is currently overflowing with un-washed dishes as I have a stinking cold & can’t be ar*ed to wash up tonight.
It’s not fait to expect Andy to do it as he’s downstairs with Holly as she’s still ill.
