visit the Ice Hotel

The initial plan was to get married at the Ice Hotel. But marriage now becomes a challenge itself.
Sо this long-term goal transforms into “celebrate some happy imoportant event in the Ice Hotel”.

I would like to stay in the ice hotel and watch the Northern Lights – is this a geographical possibility? I hope so.

This is a very romantic idea, alot of craftmanship goes into the construction of an ice hotel.I would love to observe the building of this. Then staying here would be something you would fine hard to top

We visited the original Ice Hotel in northern Sweden. It’s amazing! And the area there is beautiful as well. They have lots of activities to book as well, which I highly recommend. We really enjoyed learning moreabout Saami culture and trying our hand at riding/driving a reindeer sled.

I’ve heard of this place, wouuld like to go see it for real someday. In other news, apparently there’s an ice bar opening in my city – like a normal bar, but made completely of ice, even the glasses! I’m gonna find it and see what it’s like. Hopefully I don’t get my tongue frozen to a glass, lol…

out and ready to start packing. I also need to figure out how we’re going to get to the airport, since I’m leaving my car here at home for my older sons to use while I’m gone. I’m thinking perhaps I’ll get a rental car. I don’t want to have to go up a day early to the airport on the shuttle van and stay at a motel. I’d rather get a rental car and drive up. Anyway, I’ll have that figured out today.

but first I need to find plenty of warm clothes, which isn’t easy down here in the hot desert of AZ.
