PRIL79 thinking ... (don't you see the smoke)
i can spell original, different, inconvenience,
I still have a hard time with receive.. I keep wanting to put the i first! And i know the rule i before e expect after c but I guess i don’t like saying that rule when i’m trying to spell!
my thought process of spelling receive is this if i don’t cheat and look at the word!
receive
I think of the word and sound it out!
re …. c…. I before e execpt after C.. Now i have this written REC okay i done forgot the word! so i just type out record.. get my point!
I wish there was an easy way to remember how to spell things or a formula like in math..
I use little words that are not compound words to spell but I’ll make it one like in
“Original” i put O then RIG- IN - AL put it together i have 4 compound words in my expression that spell original’
ummm
any way receive receive receive It sucks i have to put so much thought into spelling 1 freaking word!
this hurts me! and makes me want to cry… oh well that’s the joy of learning by memorizing stuff instead of LEARNING it!
by for now!
