keep my promise

I promised to find out when the riding classes run for my friend. I have kept putting this off. I have emailed her now with the details and am going to get the prices for her tommorow. I need to make sure that i am keeping the promises that i make to myself also! I sometimes back out of doing something i have promised myself with excuses and justifications as to why i should put it off. Everyday i will fulfill my promises i give to others and myself! When i make a promise i am promising to nuture that commitment carefully like i would a nurture a rose. Friendship is as delicate as a flower, yet as strong as a rock.
