Decorate the nursery

So we’re moving incredibly soon! I’m so excited. Vincent + I will both have our own rooms ((his nursery + my sewing room)) and that means I get to decorate his very own nursery!

I’m going to go with blue colours, because his cupboard from Ikea is two shades of blue ((And Dr. Seussy)) I’m not sure what theme to go for yet, maybe under the sea or somethign to go with the change table I painted him?

We’ll see!

I have removed the bookcase. Put 100s of butterflies around the room with gerber daisies. Painted the bridge shelf pink and white. washed the bedding… made the crib and hung two cute mirrors. I just need to get a rug, drapes, remove the chair, and organize the rest of the room!
Almost done! Woo Hoo! What will I do after its all done!

So much for having this complete before the baby was born. Such is life!

Almost done! Got to finish the door molding paint and when I get the wall applications up we’ll be in good shape.

We chose a border for the nursery, and that should make choosing the colours fairly easy. I guess we need to start moving stuff out of there first though.
