Readytoroll had been doing laundry!
1. learn how to use the printer for scanner
2. figure out what kind of photo editing program to get.
I got a digi scrapbooking magazine today. It was good, it had reviews of the software I need.

I got a digi scrapbooking magazine today. It was good, it had reviews of the software I need.I would like to digital scrapbook. I did one in Snapfish and it was okay, but didn’t have too much to choose from. I would like to know what people think works and what doesn’t. I have uploaded my pictures on picassa2 and think that is great and would like to work from there.
is my LIFE! I have been scrapbooking for 6 years, 3 of them digitally. I can’t tell you how much simpler it is to scrap it all first and then print it out…quite cost effective too (no waste)! And the best part about it, for me, is that I can share the finished pages with my family and friends all over the world. I favor Adobe Photoshop Elements, but I have used MANY other softwares to get me to where I can crank those pages out today.
I just found the fantasitc site. www.freedigitalscrapbooking.com I has tons of great freebies and was big help getting started!
Starring my son of course. I actually think I’m gonna print this one out to about 5×7 size so I can hang it. I used Photoshop (trial version…bleh!) to turn everything in the photo black & white but his eyes. Then I found some cute backgrounds and that button…fooled around with the layer styles a little…and tada!
I’m really proud of it!
I am so happy I found it! It is the most easy, user-friendly program I have found yet for organizing your photos. And the best part is – it’s free! I’ve already burned one disc of photos and have been labeling and captioning all my other photos. It’s going to take some time but I’m definitely making progress. I will be able to check this one off soon. Yea!
If anyone has any brilliant ideas for this I would love to hear them! I am looking for a good program for this – preferably not costing any money :). I just downloaded Picasa2. I haven’t had time to play with it yet. Hopefully it will be good. I will let you know . . .
