The boys’ bus driver told me their bus behavior has improved (it’s been a problem in the past). It felt so great to hear kind words from him, since he usually either has bad news, or he says nothing but as the boys get off the bus I can tell from his face how things went.
Two puzzle pieces for each boy! Plus some praise from me, of course! 2 years ago

Right now we’re giving the boys a puzzle piece each time we “catch” them on their best behavior. When they get all pieces of the puzzle (they’re working together), they’ll get a treat.
Maybe we should have agreed upon the treat beforehand? Or once the puzzle is completed, we can talk about it then. 2 years ago
